Meaningful Opportunities for Everyone to Help Mankind
The design of ‘The Wital Project’ enables users and supporters to be interactive with it, with a view to evolving ‘The ultimate philanthropic project’.
The commitment of it is to provide a reliable ‘global’ service providing assistance with every aspect of Life-related issues, and all related subjects.
Once the question of multiple-translations from English is resolved, the ideal is to provide everyone access to it in a language familiar to them.
In the interim, all output is set out in UK English.
These wider objectives will only be possible by building an exceptional level of trust in the project that is completely justifiable.
The ethos of the project is therefore to be inscrutably ethical whilst providing only the most reliable information about Life-based subjects.
The same ideal applies to conducting all transactions with supporters of it, with a view to cultivating exceptional trust with those that interact with it.
For all these reasons, the project seeks to interact with those that are genuinely interested in extending benevolence to fellow human beings, in a completely honourable manner.
The aim therefore is to apply the minimum of straightforward ‘Terms & Conditions’ to all transactions.
On this basis, set out below is the ‘Terms & Conditions’ that apply to varying support and interactive options.
In the absence of the project having the necessary authorisations, no medical, legal, or financial advice is intended, nor will it be provided.
The project reserves all rights to add, delete, or alter, all content provided, without any obligation to provide notice to anyone.
In that virtually all information about Life can be both used and abused, without any direct influence by the project, it cannot accept any consequential implications whatsoever of any information provided.
As far as possible, all Consultancy assistance provided will be impartial, and as reliable as possible, and any incorporation of corrections that arise will be without implication.
As far as is legally permissible under UK law, any payment to the project will be final on a non-refundable basis, except in exceptional circumstances.
To the extent that it is practical, all payments will be applied to the intended purpose, but the project reserves the right to apply otherwise where beneficial.
In the event of any dispute arising with the project, its decision will be final, as guided by sound ethics and the English law.
The project will only consider requests for Consultancy output/assistance regarding Life-related subjects.
There is no intention by the project to offer, provide, or promote, any specific Medical, Legal, or Financial advice, and none is implied.
The project reserves the right to respond to, or decline to, requests to pass comment, or critique, or analyse, any third-party output, results, views, or opinions, and it will not endorse, agree, or disagree, to any such material unless it considers it appropriate in the clients/projects best interests.
The project reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, adapt, change, any request for Consultancy output/assistance, finitely, as it sees fit.
All Consultancy output/assistance aims to be as open, accurate, reliable, relevant, trustworthy, and impartial, regarding the subject/topic in question, and the project will accept, modify, or reject, suggested/proposed ‘corrections’ at its discretion, as well as make any additions, changes, deletions to any output/assistance as it sees fit.
Acceptance of any payment proposed, modified, or even rejected, will be at the discretion of the project, and it will regard all payments as non-refundable in all but exceptional circumstances, and according to English law.
In the event of requests for further clarifications, and/or the project referring to other sources of assistance, it will respond as it sees fit, as far as possible in the best interests of the client but not absolutely so.
In the event of any disputed payment and/or unsatisfying Consultancy output, any resultant dispute will be resolved per the ‘Dispute Resolution’ terms set out below, and, exceptionally, the disputed sum will be bequeathed, per them.
In the spirit of the project seeking to eventually extend the project toward helping everyone with Life-related Consultancy advice/assistance, primarily in the form of an encyclopaedic matrix, and supporting output, and provide as much information ‘Free at the point of need’ as possible, Grants will be pursued and welcomed with a view to optimising the Life-related help afforded.
Whilst the project reserves the right to agree/decline the terms of the provider, including where provided/accepted for a specific purpose, ultimately, acceptance of all grant-funds will be on the basis of being utilised at the discretion of the project as far as is reasonable.
Acceptance of any Grant funds by the project is not a guarantee that the project can/will deliver to expectations on any given subject/topic/assistance, if at all, and no timeframe obligations will be accepted/guaranteed.
Acceptance of Grant funds is not a guarantee by it that the project will confirm, deny, endorse, accept, comment on, any third-party viewpoint, result, research, or otherwise, and the project will at all times reserve the right to provide only Consultancy output/assistance that it believes to be wisest in the best interests of the people-focus in question.
Provision of all Consultancy output/assistance is on the basis that most Life understandings are open to perceptions, interpretations, uses, and/or misuses, and the project will accept no consequential implications that may arise howsoever.
Acknowledgement of most requests for Consultancy output/assistance will be recognised, and the requestor will be named/remain anonymous, according to requestor’s wish, wherever possible.
In the spirit of the project providing as much Consultancy output/assistance to as many people as possible, and based on the aim of ‘Free at the point of need’ as far is sustainable, the project welcomes all donations.
Donations from whomever/wherever are proposed, submitted, and accepted, on the basis they are non-refundable, and non will be refunded, and no guarantee will be provided regarding any specific related request by the donor.
Where donation is proffered for a specific purpose, that purpose will be recognised and/or respected as far as proves practical, but no proposed, submitted, or accepted, donation will be on the basis that it is for a specific purpose, and/or only under specified conditions.
If, and when, matured into full Charitable status, the project, or any part of it, will look to provide donators with tax relief according to Tax law, but there are no guarantees in respect of such issues outside the direct control of the project.
Acknowledgement of donations will be recognised, and the donator will be named/remain anonymous, according to donator’s wish, wherever possible.
In the spirit of the project being committed to reaching as many people as possible, and helping as many individuals and organisations as feasible, and providing as much impartial Life-related Consultancy output/assistance as is achievable, the project will pursue, and welcomes, sponsors and sponsorships.
Whilst sponsorship is integral to project successes, in particular in pursuit of the committed principle of providing as much help as possible ‘Free at the point of need’ (but not exclusively for this purpose), the project reserves the right to decline any offer of Sponsorship, without the obligation of providing an explanation as to why.
By the nature of the project infrastructure and output, multiple sponsoring options exist on a multitude of ways and levels, that are likely to appeal to a spectrum of benevolent interests, but no guarantees exist for the provision of meeting a specific Sponsor interest.
Regardless of the stage of the financial transaction, or the timeframes involved, and of payments made, the project will always reserve the right to delete/distance/ disassociate itself from any connection regarded by the project as untoward, and/or unacceptable, and its decision will be final.
Whilst the project reserves the right to agree/decline the terms of the sponsorship provider, including where provided/accepted for a specific purpose, ultimately, acceptance of all sponsor-related funds will be on the basis of being utilised at the discretion of the project.
Acceptance of any Sponsor funds by the project is not a guarantee that the project can/will deliver to expectations on any given subject/topic/assistance, if at all, and no timeframe obligations will be accepted/guaranteed.
Whilst the project will look to agree all timeframes for Sponsorship in advance, the project provides no guarantees to meet them, including over curtailing, deleting, modifying any Sponsor material deemed by the project to be in any way inappropriate.
The project provides no guarantees, or undertakings, over perceived, or actual, conflicts of interests between, or over, any Sponsor’s, and it will accept no consequential implications, and offers no guarantees of exclusiveness.
Acceptance of Sponsor funds is not a guarantee by it that the project will confirm, deny, endorse, accept, comment on, any third-party interests, viewpoint, results, research, or otherwise, and the project will at all times reserve the right to provide only Consultancy output/assistance that it believes to be wisest in the best interests of the people-focus in question.
Provision of all Sponsorship recognition is on the basis that all Consultancy output/assistance acknowledges that most Life understandings are open to perceptions, interpretations, uses, and/or misuses, and the project will accept no consequential implications that may arise howsoever, including over Sponsor requirements.
Acknowledgement of most Sponsors will be recognised, and the Sponsor will be named, according to Sponsor’s wish, wherever possible, but no guarantees exist as to availability of a specific location, style, content, or period.
The principal Sponsor acknowledgement offered is in the form of ‘Soft-impact Community Advertising’, and any other require form, or format, will be by negotiation in advance.
Irrespective of the state of account, or stage of payment, no Sponsor funds will be refundable, but will remain negotiable by the project, and no guarantees of renewal and/or continuity of Sponsor recognition exist.
