Project
The project is philanthropy at its best, which is seeking to optimise all forms of existing Communications, with a view to reaching, and assisting, as many people as is feasible at both the 'Wital' and 'W-I-T-A-L' levels.
In pursuit of these ideals, the aim is to provide as much assistance as possible 'Free at the point of need', in a literal sense.
This is only achievable by the support of benefaction, in the form of well-meaning individuals and organisations as well as financial generosity wherever possible.
Although strictly charitable in its aims and commitments, no aspect of the project is a registered charity as at November 2009, whereas, at least, the 'W-I-T-A-L' ideals are to become one.
Steps are in process to register this highest level of benevolent endeavour as a charity, and unlimited progress is feasible with the supporting 'Wital' endeavours in the interim.
Registration is primarily for Taxation purposes because provision exists for the project to generate revenues for the wider 'W-I-T-A-L' commitments as well as for other benevolent needs at a later stage.
Before registering, expert assistance is needed to define precisely the ideal structural composition of the Charity but its Registration is likely to include provision for a Foundation and/or Trust as well, for ongoing needs.
